Our Environment
The working environment at Education at Work is intended to be very different from the typical call center "cube farm." At our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, we have deployed 30,000 sq. ft. of open office and call center space that promotes creativity and collaboration between our student-employees, supervisors, and executive team. Our goal is to work hard but enjoy our environment at the same time.
The Education at Work workspace is inviting, open and easy to navigate, filled with bright colors that promote an active dynamic and a creative mindset. Working with the local colleges and universities where our student-employees attend, we interweave their collegiate themes into the work space. This encourages friendly rivalry and competition within the work environment, while promoting a culture of participation, dedication and hard work to better meet the goals and expectations of our clients.
Recruiting
We utilize best in class technology, one suite of which provides solutions that help us carefully select our student-employees based on desired skills and applicant factors that are identified within our current successful workforce. Individual and aggregate retention statistics, performance and quality results are continually analyzed within our software. This enables more accurate predictive analytics, shorter ramp to optimal performance levels and higher customer satisfaction scores. These critical features help us predict future performance and allow for a reduction in training and on-boarding costs.
